Reports on the Internet tell of governments, and other interested parties who stand to make a lot of money, pushing for the installation of 3-D body scanners at airports worldwide, even though many experts say that they form a potential health hazard and wouldn’t have detected the “underwear” bomber’s chemicals anyway.
Now there is talk of introducing mind scanners that measure the body’s reaction to visual stimuli. The idea is that potential “terrorists” owing allegiance to, say, al-Qaeda would almost certainly show a reaction on seeing a large portrait of Bin Laden looking down at them in an intimidating fashion. The authorities seem to have overlooked the fact that almost everyone would show a reaction so that innocent people could be seen as potential threats.
One result of all this extra security and fear mongering will almost certainly be a reduction in airline passengers which is perhaps what’s really behind all this. The admitted elite plans for a world government demand an increase in worldwide security and a reduction of international communication to avoid rebelling factions becoming too powerful. Senator Jay Rockefeller is trying to introduce legislation contained in his Cybersecurity Act of 2009 (S. 773) to give the President powers to close down the Internet in America in a national emergency (see here).
It should be obvious to most that the ongoing intimidation of the public in the name of increased government protection against the “enemy out there” could be designed to test the public’s acceptance of diminishing civil liberties and human rights to bring in a totalitarian regime. Increasing national security measures involving the police and the armed forces would support such a conclusion. If there is revolt then government is ready to respond to it.
The writing is on the wall.
